Tuition and Fees

St. John Neumann Regional Catholic School depends primarily on tuition to meet the operating costs of the school. The school’s primary revenues are derived from tuition and fees with additional funds generated through contributions to the Annual Fund and other fundraising activities. It is only through the charging of adequate tuition that the school can meet operating expenses, maintain quality, and ensure the long-term viability of the school.

Tuition & Fees

ANNUAL TUITION RATES

Tuition is determined by parish affiliation. To qualify for the Parish Rate, a Parish Verification Form must be submitted to and approved by your Pastor.
 Active Catholic (Parish Rate): $10,921
 Non-Parish / Non-Catholic Rate: $13,688


MANDATORY FEES (Bundled with Tuition)

For your convenience, all mandatory fees are added to the tuition total to create a single, finalized payment plan.

Book Fee: $175 (Pre-K) | $350 (K–8th)
Technology Fee: $125 (K–3rd) | $250 (4th–8th)
Family Fee (HSA/Retreat): $100 per family
Note: Fees are non-refundable and due upon acceptance for new families.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & POLICIES

All payments are processed electronically via FACTS Management.
  Annual: Paid in full in June. Includes a $150 discount (not applicable with tuition assistance).
  Semi-Annual: 50% due in June; 50% due in December.
  Monthly: 10 payments (July through April).
  Late Policy: A $50 fee applies to payments returned for insufficient funds.


EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM (After-School)

Available for Pre-K through 8th Grade until 6:00 PM.
   1 Child: $5.75 / hour
   2 Children: $10.00 / hour
 Note: Minimum one-hour charge applies.
 


Payment Options:
FACTS Management Company electronically processes all tuition payments.

Tuition payments can be made in three ways:

  • Annually: Tuition is paid in full in one payment due in June.  A $150.00 discount is given on this plan. *If you receive tuition assistance, there will be NO DISCOUNT applicable.
  • Semi-annually: Tuition is paid in full in two installments.  50% is due in June and the remaining balance is due in December.
  • Monthly: Tuition is paid over 10 months for this plan.  The first payment is due in June (or within 15 days of enrollment for students entering in July or August).  The remaining 9 payments are paid monthly from September through May.
     

Tuition must be kept current. A $45 fee will be charged by FACTS for payments not processed due to insufficient funds. Please speak to the business manager if you want to make a cash or check payment for your account.
