Re-Enrollment

Dear Parents/Guardians, 
Enclosed are the re-registration materials for St. John Neumann Regional Catholic School 2024-2025 school year.  Account balances must be current to complete the re-registration process. If you would like to automatically re-enroll, please reach out to Anna Abbott.

Re-register online: Please log in to the Renweb parent page to complete the Re-enrollment application.  The application will be under Enrollment/Re-enrollment.  Please complete any blank fields that need to be completed or changed.  
 

Steps to re-registration:

1.    www.renweb.com
2.    Log in to your Parents Web
3.    District code:  SJN-GA
4.    The application will be under Apply/Enroll
5.    Please complete any blank fields that need to be completed or changed.
6.    Once all your information has been entered, you will be redirected to your FACTS account.
The Re-Registration Fee for the 2024-2025 school year is $125 per student.  The fee is non-refundable.  The online form is due by Tuesday, March 1, 2024.  A late fee of $50 per student will be added for forms submitted after the due date. Your student will be placed on the waitlist if they have not completed re-enrollment by March 1st. 
 

After completing registration, the following forms are due: 

• Parish Verification Form Please submit the Parish Verification Form to your parish as soon as possible.  To qualify for tuition at the parish rate for the 2024-2025 school year, a signed Parish Verification Form must be on file before the first tuition payment, which is due in June.
• Rising 7th grade will need an updated immunization form on file. 

Financial assistance is available through FACTS. If you need or currently receive financial aid, please visit FACTS and apply. This must be completed by March 1, 2024.

If your family will not return to SJNRCS next school year, log in to the Renweb parent page and under Apply/Enroll - Enrollment click Will Not Enroll.  Please complete it by March 1, 2024.  For budget purposes, we need to know the number of students who will not be returning for the next school year. Several classrooms are already wait-listed for this coming school year. 
We will again use FACTS Management Company for all payments of tuition and fees.  

Please visit FACTS Management Company to update any bank or credit card information.
