Laura Taylor

Mrs. Taylor has taught Language Arts at St. John Neumann since 2001. She teaches literature in sixth through eighth grade and language arts in sixth and eighth grade. Mrs. Taylor is a favorite of all middle school students for her sense of humor and the care she gives each one. In addition to teaching, she is the co-moderator for the school yearbook and the moderator for the Thinking Cap Quiz Bowl in middle school.

Mrs. Taylor studied Elementary Education at the University of Tennessee — Knoxville and graduated with a B.S. in Education from the University of Memphis. She is certified to teach grades K-8.  Mrs. Taylor was the Archbishop’s Honoree of the Year for St. John Neumann in 2017.

She loves to read all genres of literature, especially Fantasy and Science Fiction. Mrs. Taylor and her husband have two children — both graduates of SJNRCS and St. Pius X Catholic High School.
