Tell the State of Georgia where you want your tax dollars spent!
If you pay state taxes in Georgia, you can change the life of a St. John Neumann student in need and receive a generous tax benefit. GRACE assists more than 1,000 students a year which ranks it third among the 29 student scholarship organizations in Georgia. This demonstrates the power of Georgia Catholics when they join together.
GRACE Scholars is an initiative of Archbishop Gregory that provides access to a Catholic school education for Georgia families who otherwise could not afford school tuition. Contributing to GRACE Scholars provides a 100% tax credit against state income taxes, so for every dollar, you give to GRACE, you get it right back in the form of a tax credit. You can specify which Catholic school you would like to receive your re-directed taxes, and, if you itemize, you can claim the contribution on your federal taxes. Owners of S Corporations, LLC’s and partnerships may qualify for up to $10,000 in tax credits.
GRACE Scholars is now accepting pre-registrations for 2019 education tax credits. You can pre-register online or download a paper form. Both forms are accessible from the home page on the GRACE website.
Please submit your pre-registration by December 15, 2018. But why wait? The State limits the total amount of tax credits available each year, so it’s important that you pre-register now and enjoy peace of mind. Your contribution will make a difference in the lives of deserving students. All recipients have demonstrated financial need. Without your help, these students would not be enrolled in Catholic schools.
Thank you for saying Yes to GRACE!
